We ordered “watermelon crush” for $80 for mothers day and was told if they ran out they would replace with something similar. Instead we just got roses which is completely different from what we ordered. At least replace with another flower arrangement! This is ridiculous. They don’t pick up their phone either to try to right this wrong. I’m never buying anything from here again. I’m very upset now.

Dissapointing service and product. I ordered 2 mother's day boutonnieres and the first problem was that instead of light blue and light purple ribbon, they had dark glittery blue and dark glittery purple. Second problem was that when I arrived at the store to pick up my order (which I called yesterday to confirm the time) the worker said it hadn't been delivered to the store yet and instead of offering a discount or delivery later she just told me I had to go to the warehouse 10 minutes away to pick them up myself. The warehouse was not built for customers and I had to find a worker to help me. This wad overall very dissapointing as we've ordered from here multiple times in the past without complaint.

I’m pretty disappointed- I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and wanted to pick a local store instead of a big company. The flowers were delivered a day earlier than expected, making it inconvenient for the recipient and look like they are starting to wilt already. The bouquet that was delivered also does not look the like bouquet on the website (missing multiple types of flowers and greenery). I ordered the deluxe size which should have had extra flowers and yet there is only one rose in the whole arrangement. Flowers are meant to feel special and these just feel cheap. Look somewhere else.

I ordered flowers and got the premium bouquet… the flowers on top were dead. Half the amount of roses pictured. And delivered on the wrong day. Trying to support local and will avoid here from now on.

I ordered a bouquet of peonies from Ted and Debbie’s Flower Shop for my girlfriend for our very first Valentine’s Day together, and unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. When I arrived to pick up the order, they couldn’t even find it at first, which was stressful given how important the occasion was. After they finally located it, the flowers already looked terrible — nearly wilted and clearly not fresh. By the very next day, they were completely wilted and almost dead. I’ve since emailed and called multiple times with no response whatsoever. For such a special milestone, I expected much better quality and customer service. Based on this experience, I will not be returning and would not recommend this flower shop to anyone.
